BR 1-02: Storm Castle

Suddenly, the magic key began to glow. "Oh no!" said biff. "I don't want the key to glow. I don't want a magic adventure. I want to play on Nick's computer." "I don't want a magic adventure," said Chip. "I don't want to go to..."(p.8) I've read "Storm Castle" published from Oxford Story Tree. This story was kind of different from always. Magic key usually glows when kids are trying to learn or discover somethings. But this was just about kids trapped in the world of games and trying to solve it. I still liked reading it though. Hunt.R(1993) Storm Castle. Oxford Reading Tree.

BR 1-01:The Quest

Wilma picked up her pen and began to write her story about the quest. "A girl should bring back the crystal bell," she thought. "Yes, a girl should go on the quest." Suddenly, the magic key began to glow, and Wilma was taken into a magic adventure.(p.9) I've read "The Quest" published from Oxford Reading Tree. I read many of these magic key series, and I think this is the most fun series to read in the school library. This series is short, but fun and eady to understand the story. Now I'm going to talk about the book. This book is about girl getting stuck on what to write while she was writing a story. She goes on a little adventure herself to find what she wants to write about. I think I'll keep on reading this series, and write a review of it. Hunt, Roderic. (1993). The Quest.
